Walk 10-20 feet every minute
Pistols (3 on each leg)
3 alternating reps on each leg per minute
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
8 KB Windmills each side (70/53)
Suitcase Carry half way around track then switching arms for other half (70/53)
Crawl between orange lines of track one direction
Broad Jump Back to starting line
