Wrists & Ankles Need Love Too
Core to extremity is an important principle in CrossFit. If we’re keeping up good core mechanics, our wrists and ankles should suffer little in the course of our workouts. If we’re struggling with our form, we’ve been injured, or if our lifestyle brings repetitive strains, we might need to take more care with our extremities.
This week in Performance Boost & Mobility classes, we’ll massage forearm and calf muscles, stretch and strengthen wrist and ankles, and retrain movement patterns with kettlebells.
