If you would like to…yes! If you don’t wish to…no! Your size, bodyfat, and muscle mass are largely a reflection of your nutrition. Without proper nutrition, you can train all you want, and not make any significant changes to your body composition. We will teach you how to eat properly to sustain health and performance, while giving you the physique you want in the process. We just ask that you commit to at least year to the process before you judge our effectiveness.
