What should I expect in my first workout session?
You should expect to have your coach’s attention. You should expect to understand the tasks given to you by the coach. You should expect to feel supported and encouraged by your coach. You should expect to leave your first session feeling like you learned something, were challenged, and are excited to try it again.
Classes run for 75 minutes, 15 minutes longer than the typical CrossFit class. This gives us the proper amount of time to give you a thorough warm-up, proper instruction, and performance of the WOD.
