I’ve heard that CrossFit is dangerous and people are more prone to injury, is that true?

It can be, IF you don’t know what you are doing and try to go it alone. And IF you chose one of those other facilities whose coaches lack credentials and are busy on their cell phone when they should be paying attention to you. At Terrapin Strength we pride ourselves in teaching you how to reach your goals and sustain them over a lifetime without injuries. Our progressions and coaching decisions will make certain that your risk of injury is exceedingly low. However, in order for us to do our job, you must be open and honest with us with how you are feeling. If something is in pain, don’t hide it…tell us immediately.
