21 minute EMOM

1st minute — 1 partner does 4 stones to shoulder , other partner holds plank , and vice versa

2nd minute — 20 second static hold with stone in the belly (between belly button and collar bones)… Partners must do together

3rd minute — 5 synchro stone squats (stone on shoulder)
