Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

5 Rounds of 30 Secounds each for reps of :

A1. KB Split Stance Single Arm Row ( 15 seconds each side)

A2. KB Reverse Lunge

A3. Goblet Squat

A4. KB Push Press

A5. KB Halo

Perform all exercises in group A as a giant circuit. Perform 30 seconds of A1 then 30 seconds of A2, etc…. Once done with all exercises in group A, rest and repeat a total of 5 rounds until down with group A.
