Romanian Deadlift (5, 5, 5, 5, 5)
Challenge yourselves to really push the weights up on this exercise. It will help all your squats, deadlifts, snatch, and cleans.
Turkish Get Up (3, 2, 1)
Do 3 reps in a row on one arm. Then do the other arm. Then 2 reps in a row. Then the heaviest 1 rep you can do on each side. Challenge yourselves!
Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
Each round lasts 2 minutes
Within those 2 minutes, perform:
10 Calorie Row
Max Burpee Pullups
REST 1 MINUTE BETWEEN EACH ROUND
This means the whole interval training session is done in 20 minutes. Your score is the total burpee pullups completed as reps
