Intention= the complex builds technique and stability. Increase weight across your sets

Snatch Grip Deadlift (5,5,5,5,5)

Intention- Build that upper back strength required to increase your snatch.

Make sure you focus on your HOOK GRIP, KNUCKLES TURNED DOWN, AND SWEEPING BAR BACK TOWARD YOUR HIPS
