3 Rounds:

2 min of KB Swings (24/16)

2 min of Pushups

2 min of Box Jumps (24/20)

2 min of Pull-ups

2 min of Handstand Pushups

Directions: 15 two minute intervals will be set on the clock. The team has 2 minutes to get as many reps of the movement done as possible and then move onto the next movement after the beep. Continue this way for 30 minutes until all 3 rounds are complete. Your score is total reps completed in 30 minutes as a team.
