teams of 2 complete the chipper for time:

100 deadlifts 135/95

4 yoke walks 60′

100 goblet squats 35/26

4 yoke walks 60′

100 double unders

4 yoke walks 60′

100 knees to elbows

*every break in reps or transition between reps begins with resting partner completing 5 burpees

*one partner works while one rests total reps are accumulated between partners

*yoke carries should be heavy but able to complete most walks unbroken

*larger classes can start some groups on the yoke carries or stagger start times
