WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
A1: Kettlebell Halos – Max reps x 40 secs
A2: Kettlebell Snatch – Max reps x 40 secs
A3: Push up – Max reps x 40 secs
A4: KB Goblet Squat – Max reps x 40 secs
A5: Burpees – Max reps x 40 secs
Complete as many reps as possible in 40 seconds before moving to next exercise. Repeat as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
