Pronated Barbell Row (5RM)
Turkish Get Up (1RM)
Partner hangs from bar
While other partner rows max meters.
Once partner drops from bar, both partners must perform 5 Burpees, then they switch roles.
The goal of the team is to accumulate as many meters as possible in the 12 minutes of time.
