For Time:

A. Partner 1 performs 50 KB swings. Partner 2 Handstand hold . If broken both partners do 5 burpees.Switch.

B.Partner 1 performs 40 Box jumps. Partner 2 hangs from bar. Switch. If broken 5 burpees.

C.Partner 1 performs 50 sit-ups. Partner 2 wall sit . Switch. If broken 5 burpees.

D.Partner 1 runs 4 laps. Partner 2 holds plank. 5 Burpees if plank is broken.
