Pistols (EMOM – 10)

2-4 reps every

minute on each leg for 10 minutes

Intention= practicing

rhythm of your pistols. Effort should be 6-7 RPE every round

6 Rounds for time of:

1 Rope Climbs

10 Toe to Bar

250 meter Row
Intention= stay safe

and consistent on the rope climbs, then

keep a sustainable

pace on the row.

Complete in under 15 minutes.
