Intention= Build to the heaviest set of 5 reps you can do today. If you feel great, go for a new 5RM.

Inverted Body Row (4×10)

Intention= use either the rings or a barbell in the rack, and elevate your feet on a bench so that your body is parallel to the ground, and row your body to those rings or bar.
