Top Tier CrossFit Columbia – Top Tier Weightlifting Club (Barbell Club)

Clean and Jerk (comp style – Build to 3 attempts at near max)

Back Squat (5RM, then 90% for 2×5)

Shoulder Press (3RM, then 90% for 2×3)

Weighted Glute Bridge (4×6, heavy/challenging)

Shoulders on bench, barbell across lap.

These should be performed with a band around your knees.
