Justin believes that a rigorous fitness regimen is not a lifestyle, it is a requirement for a long and healthy life. Fitness affects the body, mind, soul, and how people interact with each other. Justin strives to help everyone meet their fitness goals and show them the extraordinary things their bodies are capable of. When a member walks onto the floor, they are an Athlete and a valued member of the community, no matter what their skill level. Justin holds the CrossFit Level One Trainer certificate, the USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach Level One certificate, a Bachelor of Fine Arts, and Master of Science. Justin’s #1 favorite piece of equipment are Kettlebells.
